Happy spring to all our tenants. The time has come to once again focus some attention to yard maintenance. The bi-weekly grass cutting is slated to begin on Thursday, April 4th and is expected to last until November. It will be start with Eric & Joel who will be cutting each two weeks on Thursday evenings. Kevin & Jason will be cutting on Saturday mornings every two weeks beginning on April 20th. You can also view this schedule on the website calendar, www.ingramrentalhouses.com. Please mark your calendar with these dates. As such, you are being reminded that it is your responsibility to make sure that the yard is free of toys, patio or grill furniture, garbage of all kinds and any other items that creates an obstruction to cutting the grass. If the grass cutter(s) has to clean up your area you will be charged a fee of $25.00 which is payable within 24 hours of the cutting. Susan and I are fortunate this year in that our 4 sons have agreed to step in and maintain these yards for and with us. They will also be assisting with your property maintenance needs.
